Resolved Question: I need help choosing a wrinkle cream?

Friday, December 18th, 2009

I’m 17, so I have no experience with anti aging/wrinkle reducing cream, but I want to buy something for my mom, possibly as a Christmas present, see, my mother is 51, even though people think she’s in her 40’s she has wrinkles, the most predominant of which are the bags under her eyes, they are pretty puffy, and she thinks her upper eye lids are starting to sag to much, besides that her skin has generally just lost elasticity and firmness, so I’m looking for a wrinkle reducing cream that will tighten her skin, and reduce her eye bags.

I don’t really have a price limit, I mean I wouldn’t buy anything that nears 1000 bucks o~o but other then that if it’s pricey, I can save up till Christmas, or her birthday (February 1st)

So if you know of a good cream, either from personal experience or something your mother/grandmother/someone you know uses, please feel free to recommend them to me, I need all the help I can get :) P.S.
As I wrote this, a commercial for Olay’s regenerist product line came on, and it seems pretty good, anyone have experience about those creams? are they any good?
@Fiona:
I agree, but my mom has been saying she wants a good cream for for-eeeeeveeeer so I decided I’d finally get her one, and this or next month I’m going to the dermatologist (got a bit of acne, and some possible acne scares) and im taking my mother along :D

Resolved Question: Wrinkles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Friday, December 18th, 2009

Hello, I am only 17 years old, and I don’t have any face wrinkles yet, but my biological mom is 47 years old, and she has a LOT of wrinkles. I am very pale, but I do not get sunburnt easily. Basically I just want to not get wrinkles. Can anyone suggest a wrinkle cream, or anti-aging cream, or some face mask that can reduce the appearance of wrinkles, anything will help. I am not someone that is perfect but I want to have as little amount of wrinkles as possible when I get older, thanks so much!

Voting Question: Help my mom please! Has anyone found a wrinkle cream that actually WORKS?

Friday, December 18th, 2009

not anti-aging, but something that will actually diminish wrinkles.

Please only answer if you found something that has worked to reduce or diminish wrinkles. She say’s price is no concern as long as it works?
I’ll give you 10 pts for best answer!
oh and also she’s been trying ROC…only a couple days and is open to feedback on that as well! Thanks you guys!

Resolved Question: Does these anti aging ingredients really work?

Friday, December 18th, 2009

Face cream WITH MATRIXYL 3000, MATRIXYL, ARGIRELINE + HYALURONIC ACID claims to promote collagen and reduce wrinkles.
do they really work?

How about face cream with Vit C and Vit A? are they better to fight the signs of aging?

Resolved Question: Is it okay to use anti age cream as a teen?

Friday, December 18th, 2009

I am 18 years old and have just started my freshman year at college. With more late nights up studying and stuff, I am getting bigger eye bags under my eyes. So, I went to the store and bought this Loreal Eye Defense cream that is supposed to reduce puffiness, sooth fine lines and wrinkles, and diminish dark circles. the directions say to apply in the pm and am bare or under makeup. I have been using it and it seems to help a little. But what I didn’t realize when I bought it was that is is specially formulated to defend against signs of premature aging which is not a problem for me, being only 18. Is it okay for me to still use this, I heard that if you use anti aging creams in your teens you will get more wrinkles and stuff when you get older. Do you think I should continue using it or try to get another eye cream made for younger people?

Resolved Question: Olay Regenerist or other creams?

Friday, December 18th, 2009

I’ve read many glowing reviews about Olay Regenerist 3 point cream and am seriously considering buying it. However it seems to focus mainly on reducing wrinkles. I am 26 years old and don’t have many wrinkles yet. I am looking for a good anti-ageing day cream which will prevent wrinkles from forming and keep my skin firm. Is Olay Regenerist still the way to go? Or can someone recommend another good day cream from the Olay range?

Resolved Question: Clinique Skincare.?

Friday, December 18th, 2009

Today, I made a large purchase from Clinique. I bought.

Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm.
Oily Skin Liquid Facial Soap
Clarifying Lotion 3
DDMG
Intensive Night Lotion
Superdefense Moisturizer
All About Eyes
Advanced Stop Signs Eye

And now Im questioning whether some of this stuff was necessary, do I really need a $26.00 makeup remover, couldn’t I just use baby wipes like normal? Do I need two eye creams, do I need one thats wrinkle reducing? Do I need an anti-aging night cream, I don’t really have wrinkles?

I’m a thirteen year old boy, who wears makeup[concealer and foundation, has pretty clear combonation skin, dark circles and some puffiness, no real wrinkles, some lines around the eyes but not like major saggage…..

DID I WASTE MY MONEYY?
I wear makeup, why not?
Give me a logical reason why I shouldn’t?
